someone (directed of God, I'm sure) sends me a word of encouragement that reminds me of the reason I became a teacher. I believe that the "power of one" makes a difference. One word, one act, one person at the right place in the right moment makes a HUGE difference! You make a difference everyday - make it an intentional one.
